Scope and seller

Updated 8 October 2026. TCG Luma's seller name, Business ID and contact details appear with this page and in your order confirmation. Your contract is with that seller. We sell physical individual trading cards and sealed products to adult consumers. Ordering requires an account and confirmation that you are an adult. Our delivery area restricts the delivery destination, not your nationality or country of residence. The store and policies are available in Finnish and English; the telephone service language is stated in the contact details.

In demo mode, orders and payments are tests and goods are not dispatched. These terms are being prepared for live sales; outstanding merchant and delivery facts must be confirmed first. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory consumer rights.

Products and individual copies

Review the product name, language, printing, condition, any third-party grade, price, quantity and disclosed defects before ordering. Front and back photographs of a real individual card show the exact copy offered. Demo and reference images are identified separately. Sealed-product images may be representative. Screens and lighting can affect colours, but this does not remove our responsibility for an inaccurate description.

A condition grade is our description of the card, not a promise of a future third-party grading result. We describe known defects. If an individual product departs from the normal legal requirements and we rely on that departure, we identify it separately and request your separate express acceptance at checkout. General acceptance of these terms or a photograph alone does not replace that acceptance. It covers only the specified departure, not other defects.

Booster contents are random. No particular card, rarity, grading result or resale value is guaranteed. Randomness does not remove your rights if a product fails to match its agreed contents, is counterfeit or is otherwise defective. We make no promise of investment returns or appreciation.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. Product prices, discounts, delivery charges and the final total are shown before you place an order with an obligation to pay. Registry and VAT status cannot be inferred from demo tax calculations. Demo prices and shipping methods are test data.

Payments are processed through Paytrail. Available payment methods and their terms appear in the payment service. We do not receive complete payment-card details or online-banking credentials. Any payment-method terms do not remove the seller's statutory obligations.

Ordering and contract formation

You can review and correct your details before using the button to place an order with an obligation to pay. A server-validated order is binding at checkout once stock, delivery address, eligibility and acceptance have been checked. Payment status is separate. We send an email confirmation containing the order, accepted terms and withdrawal form in a durable format. Later policy changes do not change this agreement.

Stock is reserved for an unpaid order for 15 minutes. Expiry releases that reservation; it does not itself decide statutory consumer rights or remove our duty to investigate and return a payment already received where appropriate. If payment fails or arrives after the reservation expires, contact us so we can check fulfilment or return an undue payment. We do not reserve a general right to cancel a binding order because of a stock error. An obvious price error can be relied on only under the law where the customer should have recognised the error.

Delivery

Mainland Finland only (excluding Åland). Estimated total delivery: 3–10 working days, including preparation and transport, starting after your completed paid order. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding Finnish public holidays.

The delivery method and charge appear at checkout. In demo mode the estimate is provisional and the carrier and actual fulfilment capability remain unconfirmed. A separately agreed essential delivery date remains binding. Where no time has been agreed, delivery is without undue delay and within the statutory default of 30 days after the contract. Check your address and contact details. Tell us promptly about an error so we can try to correct it before dispatch. We bear the delivery risk until you or a person you nominate other than the carrier takes possession, subject to statutory exceptions.

Severe weather, transport disruption or another unexpected event may affect delivery. We will promptly notify you of a delay and give an updated estimate. A new estimate does not unilaterally change a binding delivery deadline. Ordinary workload, seasonal demand or using a carrier does not automatically excuse our responsibility.

For a delay, you can require delivery and generally give a reasonable additional period. If we do not deliver within it, you may terminate the contract. No additional period is required where the law allows immediate termination, including refusal to deliver or where the agreed time was essential. We refund payments without undue delay after termination. Statutory compensation rights remain. An unavoidable-obstacle defence applies only under the actual legal conditions: an obstacle beyond our control whose occurrence or consequences could not reasonably have been foreseen, avoided or overcome. The statutory conditions also apply to intermediaries and carriers.

Withdrawal, defects and membership

The returns and withdrawal instructions form part of these terms. For ordinary withdrawal, you pay the direct return postage. We pay the necessary costs for defective or incorrectly supplied goods and where the law otherwise requires. Opening a product does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Proven loss of value caused by unnecessary handling may be deducted only as permitted by law.

Membership tiers use qualifying spend over six calendar months. An order starts counting only after confirmed delivery and 14 full calendar days; an open return or refund can keep the whole order pending. Refunds reduce qualifying spend and may affect future benefits and eligibility. Previously paid orders are not repriced. Membership calculations do not shorten withdrawal or defect-liability periods. The withdrawal function remains available regardless of an automatically calculated deadline or membership tier.

Please first contact the seller at the email address in our contact details. Finnish law applies without removing any applicable mandatory consumer protection elsewhere. You can contact Consumer Advisory Services and submit a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. The Board issues recommendations. This does not prevent you from using a competent court.
